Art Documentary Film

Joseph Giunta : A Silent Triumph is a moving art documentary film on the life and art of Joseph Giunta, a Canadian mixed media collage artist.

This 48-minute art documentary film, directed by Pepita Ferrari, was shot in one and two-day increments per month so as not to overtax its 89-year-old artist and his beloved wife, Helen.

As much the art documentary film is a picture of artistic creation, it is a study of devotion under unbelievable pressures-Helen suffers from Alzheimer's.
